What does it mean when you say the gain of the current mirror?

What does it mean when you say the gain of the current mirror? Is it the ratio Iref/Iout?

Sorry it should be Iout/Iref(or Iin).

yes, you can amplify current by choosing different width of the transistors. By choosing the widths different you get an amplification between Iref and Iout.
