Filter in PLL CD4046??

Well, if you do a wide bandwith the PLL will have a wide bandwith but a slow response. But if your filter bandwith is narrow, the pll will have a narrow bandwidth and a fast response.

For the CD4046 has a software, you can find in this forum.
