what do you mean by electro migration???

As the name says, the electron moved and damage the metal wire.
If too mucho current goes through a small wire, the metal will be damage.
 

A common method to decrease electro-migration effect is to increase wire width of nets that preform frequent toggling.
There are analyses inside CAD tools that identify such nets.
