What do I need to build a LTCC assembly line?

A question about LTCC

I wonder whether somebody can tell me if I want to build a simplest LTCC assembly line,what equipments do we need ?

Do you want to build up an assemlby line?

1. wire-bonder
2. SMT machine
3. screen printer for sodlering
4. Visual inspection of SMT quality
5. ICT/DC F/T testing line
