Is it the amplitude of gate voltage which controls the current passing through the MOSFET?

And is it the duty cycle of gate input voltage which controls the output voltage by the MOSFET??

Is it so?...Please tell me am I right???

Hi JAMAL JIMI
Yes !

I afraid ! no you're not right .
What you mean by out put of a mosfet ? mosfet can be used in plenty of different modes . in which mode ? i suspect that you're referring to the SMPS application ?
Duty cycle only can change average of your signal ! and nothing else !

yes i want to use the MOSFET in smps mode to control voltage.......can i control the voltage by pwm signal by varying the duty cycle???

Yes but a filter is required to take integral ( average ) from that .
