What component?

I would like to know what component this is. I think it's a diod.
L=7, W=4,4 H=4,4 mm. There is a small filled tringle(Δ) before mark: 686 D and below that is mark: S1803. The color is yellow or light brown and to the left, it's a darker colored vertical line

What component?

A photo of the same will be highly prefered instead guessing in the dark.
