1,Fundamental of power supply

2,Power Supply Cookbook

also you can find more material in the google .

About book,in addition there is <<switch power supply design>>.
About paper,pls visit TI website,and there are many application note about switch power.
 

Fundamentals of Power Electronics by Robert W. Erickson, Dragan Maksimovic

Principles of Power Electronics by John G. Kassakian, et al

There are also plenty of applications notes from Linear Tech and TI/Unitrode that are extremely helpful.
