what are the issues in Backend if we use assign statements in netlist ?
 

As I have heard, this will cause error when apply SPICE for verification.

The assign statement means that there are at least two name for the same wire.
However, it causes confusion during extraction or comparison.

But I don't know whether it's fine for current version for SPICE.
As I have known, most back-end tool are able to deal with this issue.
