What are the advantages of .15 process?

how about .15 process?

My friend tell me that they tapeout use .15 process , and i find smics corp. supple .15 process , what are you fell the process have some advance than .18 and .13?

.13u , as it sounds like, is a smaller and faster CMOS process than .15u.
