what are Tap layers in Tap cells?

Can you please explain the what all Tap layers used in Tap cells for standard cells?

sorry in above fig one layer name is missing.
The dotted line shows the "Tap layer(from LSW)".

reading basic fabrication techniques will answer this question.
BTW tap cell will need AA contact and metal and well in case of well contact .
