what adc i have to use?

Hi,

I want a 12bit ADC to which im giving an input voltage . The input voltage is in the range (0-2V)/(0-5V). Which IC is most suitable. Iam planning to connect adc with PIC . The 12 bit digital value is passed to the PC by PIC. The main thing is my input volage is varying . Can anyone suggest me with a good one
 

Your input is slow varying or fast varying or is it process parameter, if process parameter please mention like temperature, pressure e.t.c
 

Actually i want a 12 bit adc with 2 MHz sampling rate having 2 channels . I also want to change the reference voltage . Can anyone suggest me a adc IC.
