Wf smd ic datasheet not available

This is a board of hand held bar code scanner .
this ic is burnt and i am not able to find any datasheet for this ic.

can anyone please guide me about this ic.

this is connected with touch screen wires.

Hi,

As that is a six-pin device, I'm guessing that it's a transistor, can't help more, sorry. "WF" types appear to be SOT363 (transistor) package.

Does the other device with a red circle around it have anything written on it?

Hi again, googling (SMD code/top marking) Wf and WF SOT363 mainly came up with TVS or MOSFET. Doesn't seem to be a Fairchild device after a quick search of their SOT363 products, but I might have missed something.
