Weller WSR 3000 E-4 error code ?

Weller WRS 3000 E-4 error code ?

Hello,
My WRS 3000 does not STOP heat up the soldering iron, everything else works fine.all buttons are functional . If you put a iron on any of the three entries, heats but does not read temperatures up to 40F
Also I see activity on the front green LED is all time ON , no matter what the temperature is set to. When power on the station I got for 1 second E-4 error code ,
Could you please provide a service manual or any other advice?
I really appreciate.
