Weller WS 50 resistor value

Hi all,

I have a soldering iron with PTC 50R and I'd like to build a controll unit for it.
I saw the schematic regulator_lr21 weller on this page:



Some doubts: there is no value for resistor between IC1b and IC1a and there are two words on the schematic that is impossible to read, one word near the 78L05 and other one near the led.
Does anybody can help me, please?
