Weird problem with avatar

I don't how what happened, but when I signed in some time back, my avatar was changed to this:

Of course, I changed it now, but what happened? Was my account hacked?
 

I think it unlikely that someone would **** the account just to do that. Maybe the edaboard attachment server was having problems - images are not available occasionally. If it happens again contact one of the moderators before you change the avatar back - it would help to know the image name & source.

It looks like cache image problem, because this avatar is the same as in flag addon below page.
