WeBee GSM/GPRS Development Board Challange. Ref SIM300 module.

I'm trying to identify and locate what appears to be a WeBee GSM/GPRS development board. It has an onboard microcontroller, 16-button pad, LCD port, I/O ports, relay, and misc. other push switches. It looks like a handy fixture.

But sad news, its all in Chinese, including the software apparently.

I'm trying to get in contact with the company to determine if the sofware comes in an English version, I'm not optimistic.

Sounds like after buying it, the buyer gets a download code, etc.? The IDE software is included on CD. I suppose a different IDE could be used for the STC 89LE52RC. (instruction and development environments ( KEIL ) with the traditional 51 single-chip finish.)
