web server using wiznet NM7010A

i have made a small web server using wiznet NM7010A. i can syccessfully run the demo web server program given by wiznet. i can send data to my lcd and turn on and off some LED as per the web page.
i want to control port0, PORT1 AND port3 using web server.
when i try to expand the html code the web server dose not responds.
i have individually tested the html code for port 0, port1 and port3 which is working fine. it fails only when i club all the three.

can some one help me?
can some one post some working gui templates?

I have question about web server using wiznet NM7010A too :
1. I try to control wiznet NM7010A with DT AVR atmega 8535 but until now i have not succesfully to using it to be web server. give me correct procedure
2. I use BASCOM to compile webserfer program to hex and uploaded it to DT AVR, I can only to pingging this module but i cant used this module to be web server please help me!
