Pls help me to read the hex file if read protected from microcontroller PIC16F877A
 

The whole idea of protecting the code is it STOPS you from reading it. There are companies that claim to be able to do it but you are looking at spending a lot of money for their services and no guarantee of success. If you are reverse engineering a product it is usually cheaper to start writing new software around the original electrical design.

As Brian wrote, there are companies which can help you, for a FEE :D
I know one, trusted, located in China.
