wat we mean my phase lead n lag ...plzz tell me in simple language

hi eeeg ...the physical meaning can be understood through time domain ....like phase theta=wt ...voltage phase lead in vi means voltage comes first by theta/w time then after current comes ...similar is the way .. commonly we represent phase in terms of angle

yeah ...this is sth in understandable language ...thx ap123 ....but also confused tht phase lead by 360* can also be said as o* ...why ??

any time eeeg

Added after 4 minutes:

eeeg,
we can say 360 degree n 0 degree same because these two are in same phase ....after 1 cycle or 1 time period the overlapp each other therefore it is the same ....but if u look in time domain 0 degree comes first n then 360 degree comes second ...but after 1 cycle both arrives at the same rate ...so we refer them as the same
