Hi everyone, I was using Hspice to simulation the power dissipation of a 8-bit adder circuit. The output file of Hspice includes a warning saying that " Acde = 0.318645 may be too small in BSIM4 model with w=2.25e-07 l=9e-08", can anyone tell me how to solve this problem?
Thanks!
