We are a fast growing Product Engineering/ Design services company looking for individuals who are talented, technically inclined and self-motivated to fill the role of Senior R&D Hardware Design Engineer specializing in Power Electronics.
Education: BE/ME-Electrical/Electronics & Communication/Industrial Electronics

Job Description
You will be part of a highly-skilled R&D team, playing a lead role in the design and analysis of analogue/digital/power electronic circuits and systems/ subsystems for state-of-the-art Power Supplies, Converters, SMPS, Solar Inverters, LED drivers.
You will be responsible for meeting product requirements, driving for breakthroughs in cost and efficiency, selection of new components, schematic implementation, circuit level bring-up, debug and validation.
You will be collaborating with rest of the product development team to integrate your deliverables towards release of new products into production.
Requirements
We require you to minimally possess these capabilities:
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
With 3 - 6 years' design experience in large or small scale enterprise hardware systems
With at least 2 - 3 years' experience in board level analog circuit design.
Working knowledge of design tools such as Saber, Matlab
Good understanding of power electronic controls, DSP and embedded systems
Highly proficient in power electronics, High Volatge Power Supply and DC/DC and AC-DC converters implementation.
Strong circuit analysis skills.
Design of gate drive and protection circuits.
Excellent understanding and analysis skills of the characteristics of power semiconductors/passives and principles of switching regulators.
Knowledge of full product development life-cycle with exposure to developing technologies into new products.
Good communication and inter-personal skills to enable global and cross-functional engagements.
Excellent knowledge in DC, AC circuits, Magnetic, Semiconductor applications, Engineering Mathematics, Control Systems and Physics.
Good implementation skills of designs which conform to international EMC and safety requirements and regulations.
Knowledge CAD tools for Schematic, Layout like OrCAD or PADS.
