Dear friends ,
I want 2 design an fully Differential amplifier which is used in biomedical application in 130nm technology with following specification
GBW>30khz ,Gain>40db,power<500nw,noise<10uvrms
with power supply=1.2V..also i want 2 ask here power consumption is in nano watt so it means i hav 2 operate my device in subthreshold region....pls help me..
