Voltage signal crossing an S-parameter block

Hello,

I have a configuration in which a known voltage will cross a block of measured S-parameters (MOSFET amplifier). I need to know the value and the modifications occurring on this voltage after crossing the S-parameter block.

I'm new in RF so thank you in advance for helping:-D
