hello

How can I FM modualte of ADF4118+POS-100 VCO(minicircuits) ? my signal is filtered voice signal with 300hz to 3khz bandwidth.

my carrier is at 120MHZ.

The POS 100 is intended for 50 - 100Mhz purposes.

I think the POS 150 will suit you better if you want to use it on 120 MHz

3kHz bandwidth shouldn't be a problem try to set the 120 Mhz at the half of your tuning voltage from the pll.

Replace the Vtune for your PLL tuning voltage

what is the relationship between PLL loop bandwidth and signal bandwidth?

which of them should be greater?(when apply signal to Vtune)
