Hello all

V-Module released VMP320x series all integrated DCDC modules. This series is integrated all necessary parts of a DCDC circuit in a very small package. The application circuit is as simple as LDO.

The features of VMP320x:
* cmpact size
* fully integrated
* advanced thermal effeciency packaging
* 4.5-24V input voltage
* max effeciency is up to 95%
* 25uA shutdown current
* output current:
1.2A(VMP3201)
2.0A(VMP3202)
3.0A(VMP3203)
