video transfer through GSM

I am looking for transfer video from cam through GSM module for my project.
so please guide me about this process

In my view what you are looking for is very complex project ..... First of all you need to first think of capture of video from camera ......then converting it to proper streaming option based on the bandwidth .......and then think of transmitting it over GSM using certain protocol and ........then proper reception of it on the GSM connected device like server......( over all the scope of the work is bit big and complex)........all that I had said each is an area in itself.....so you need to first look to define proper requirement and scope of work
