VHDL CODE FOR UART URGENTLY NEEDED

hi,

I need VHDL code for UART(Transmitter and receiver both).I am using XILINX ISE 8.1 and SPartan 2.

Please help asap.

There are many VHDL cores at opencores.org.
Just go there, change language to VHDL and select any uart project that suits you.

You can go xilinx web-site and get picoblaze. Picoblaze have sample with UART.
