VGA to Monitor Converter circuit

Can any one help me to find out how can we convert the vga screen to work as monitor .

in other way , how can we show the video signal on VGA screen , without using computer or TV card .

I need a Electronic Circuit to do this

i searched about this but i cant find any information about this subject .

please help me if you can

What you are asking is not trivial to build, due to the Video HSync being a lot lower than a VGA monitor can handle. Take a look at these links:

Thank you very much , but i need to built a sample circuit to do this .

i think there are many processors can do this .

may be TDA 3860 with delay line IC will work ? is it possible ?
