hi..
can anyone help me with this...
when i run the DC operating point analysis of a circuit in Virtuoso Composer in CADENCE,it shows all the
parametrs like Vgs,Vds,Vth,Vdssat but it is not showing the Vbs evenif i am using the input at the bulk .
Can u please suggest .....
 

you may find something useful here ; if you still in dark and it's urgent then ask cadence.
