good morrning ,
i currently work with a sensor that must heating them with two voltage 5v and 1,4v , the resistor of Heating equal to 33ohm , i have used this circuit with zener with 3,6v voltage and mosfet to switch bypass the zener and I want to know if it will be effective ?

You selected a very old Mosfet in a metal can. Its datasheet shows that some of them barely turn on (0.25mA) when the gate is 4V. It completely turns on when the gate is 10V. You should use a modern "logic-level" Mosfet instead.

I cannot see the part number of the zener diode. Will it work well with a current of only 6mA?

Which part in your schematic is the sensor?

Here is your circuit working on one page:

thank you , For the mosfet that i have chosed its only for simulation next in practice i will chose an adapted one , for a logic gate level what do you recommend ?
for zener i used the Resistor in parallal to vary Iz its good idea ?

@Easyrider83 i don't understand what you mean
