Variable Voltage Bulb?

I need an LED TELEPHONE BULB 6.8 that will run on AC & DC 24v to 500v with variable brightness if possible and also without polarization Does anyone have any ideas what I could use ,including resistors etc ?


Can I use something in the circuit to vary brightness of the LED
