Variable power supply 0-80V 50A. High initial current

What I don't know is how this choke should look like. Do you have any documents / webpage where I can see how they are and how to calculate them? or tell me how it should look like.

Klaus if you have a transformer that might help me please send me pictures and details about it and see if we can come to an agreement.

I will add this choke and see how the system react for what you explain it might change the minimal initial peak voltage, now is 50Volts.
