I am new in Cadence and while choosing a varactor I am facing some problems. My question is how should I change the value of the capacitor and what is the connection setting. I have attached images below. Like if I want capacitance like .1pF? Thanks

Capacitance Value is a function of the applied voltage and varactor's area.
You should adjust the area accordingly within the given specifications @ 0V varactor voltage. Then check the capacitance versus voltage variation.
