connect all solar panels in parallel if your requirement is 12v and then use single controller, this configuration enhances its current capacity. i.e if it is rated at 3A current, using this configuration it will produce 12A (four solar panels) and will charge the battery faster

there are two current ratings for solar panels, one is short circuit current and other is full load current. calculate your values at full load current rating for proper working
