Hi everyone, i know maybe its a silly question but how can i disable one of outputs of UC3825 for using it for 2T forward converter ? I need one output but i dont know what to do with another one. Should i use UC384X that has one output ?Thnx.

Hi,

just leave it unconnected.

So, does it cause to vulnerable to noise ?

Hi,

best is to disable any activity at the output pin. But here you can´t.

So noise is generated by (changing) voltage and (changing) current.
Nowyou can´t avoid the voltage change.
Connecting any load (instead of leaving open) causes additional current and thus additional noise.

Also the pin acts like an antenna. The longer the antenna the larger the chance to transmit RF power.

Yea, i've also thought that. Its better to use one of UC384X series i guess.
