Using transformer to make a three phase inverter

i want to make invertor 175v dc input which will give three phase output
i not want to use any transformer :?:

i need a good driver circuit wich can give gate drive to 6no. 250n mosfet
wich are conected in three phase bridge need three 50hz pulse signal
wich 120° appart from each other

have u atleast tried searching for that.
refer 'international rectifier' site,or 'infineon',or any other power semiconductor mfrs like 'mitsubishi' or 'powerex' or 'ixys'
there are a lot of application notes in their websites.
still if you cant find,get back here.
