Hi,

As the title suggests, I'm using a TMP36 with a PIC16F877A to keep track of the ambient temperature of the surrounding air. The TMP36 is being powered by a LM7805. I was wondering if there are any design considerations that I should keep in mind, like having a 0.1uF cap at Vs of the temp sensor.
Also, is it ok to connect the TMP36 directly to an ADC pin of the PIC?

Thanks!
