Using Texas Instruments TLV320AIC23 CODEC

Hi everyone

I am using TLV320AIC23BPW and i was wondering if you can answer my questions.
I am using this CODEC in USB mode (12 MHz Crystal for MCLK) and DSP Mode Digital Interface
and only Slave mode (only DAC). My Questions are :

1 - I would not use nor analog Line and neither Microphone Inputs . Should i tied these
inputs to the GND ?

2 - My Digital Interface has a 5 MHz BCLK and this clock is not synched with input clock
of CODEC . Should i use CLKOUT pin of CODEC to synchronize BCLK with CODEC input MCLK ?
