Using ngspice

HI all-
I'm running ngpsice in Ubuntu, and when I start ngspice from the command line it will load my SPICE deck. However when I don't pass any arguments to ngspice and try to use "load <the circuit>" I get the error:

Error: strange line in rawfile;

Any help is appreciated, thanks all!

Re: Using ngspice

in ngspice for loading a circuit file the command is:

source abc.cir

'source' is the command used for specifying the source circuit file.
