using microcontroller to interface with h/p nokia 3310

i wish to using microcontroller to interfaced with a handphone nokia 3310, by the main purpose is sending a sms from handphone to another handphone. the contain of the sms is based on the voltage analog to digital input. can some one help to solve this problem.
