using flexlm license problem

Hi all.

I have a some problem using flexlm redundant.
diffent any vendor daemons are existing my server. other vendor daemon operate without problem. but any one daemon has downed.

i try to restart daemon, still downed after 1hours

What is a "daemon"??

it's the linux version of a windows service.

I'm not sure you can have 2 vendor daemons running on the same server.

What is the non working one for?
