Can i use the flash memory of a AVR microcontroller for data logging(temperature, time data), atmel published two application notes regarding this but these are not easy,
i cant get the page size and how to code in C for using internal flash, where the data will be stored and can be accessed after reset.

It is far easier to use the internal eeprom or an external one

EEPROM is easy but internal EEPROM space available is very less comparable to internal flash

How about external eeprom or flash?

How much memory size will you need?
