Using Altera Byteblaster for ARM Debugging

I've had great success using this modified device instead of a $$$ ICE.
 

You'll need the DLL from altera to make it work... free.

it used at arm9,not arm7
 

Would you please tell us how to get this DLL file ?

and what is the procedure to make it run well ?
