No, they are all different in value.
The exercise ask you to find voltage, current, dissipated value of each element in the schematic, as well as the value of R2.
You have a single mesh, then the current flowing will be the same for all the components of the mesh (4 resistors as well as the generator). Due to the different value of each resistor they will have different voltage across and different power dissipation.
Remember that P=R*I^2 with I constant.
You have to start finding R2.
I don't know if RT=6000 ohm is the generator resistance and you are required to find optimum power transfer, then R1+R2+R3+R4=6000 and the current will be I=VT/(R1+R2+R3+R4+RT). Could you post the complete text ?
