use of ir2184 to igbt inverter

hello everyone
iam using ir2184 gate driver for igbt inverter.my problem is ir2184 ic is getting heated whenever i switched on the supply through iam giving 15v supply.it is showing voltage b/w com pin and vcc as 15v but b/w com n vb pin it is showing 35v.so what is the problem can anyone help me thank u.iam attaching the circuit fileView attachment gate ckt.doc

where is your circuit?

Logic input for shutdown voltage cannot be +15v change to a +5v. It has a resistor inside the IC that pulls the pin to +5V if you do not connect it. Also use a 1k res between the mosfet gate and source.
