It is a design of PCB for a popular programmer USBasp. One-sided PCB has only one cable jumper and one jumper in the form of a resistor in housing 1206. The main advantages of the PCB are its small size and the fact that it is one-sided.
In the original thread, you can find files of PCB in Eagle, description adapted to housing Z-47 (designed in Eagle), load for the processor, drivers.
Two hanging cables are RESET, which can be added to the project as a button.
