usb to rs232 converter useing max232

For USB to RS232 you need FTDI FT232RL chip. MAX232 is for Converting TTL to RS232 and RS232 to TTL. You have to use both FTDI and MAX232 chips.

FT232RL Converts USB to TTL and TTL to USB. You use this TTL and Convert it to RS232 using MAX232. MAX233 is better than MAX232.
