USB on LPC2148

Hi
I want to connect lpc2148 to PC and to to get note from PC 'New hardware found'. How should i do it? I am referring user manual of LPC2148 and USB Complete. But not getting any idea.
Pls Help!!
This is part of my final year engineering project.

use USB Stack from KEIL real -Time Library... it makes ur code simple to develop... search in KEIL website
