USB Device Not Recognized For ICD2 After Install CCSLOAD

Hi for all
I have a big problem! Yesterday i download CCSLOAD and install after installation ICD2 programmer dose not work! when i plug to USB port this massage will appear "USB Device Not Recognized" I try to recover windows but not any thing change!
Please Help Me
