This project deals with the verification of the data and control path of an UNPIPELINED LC-3 microcontroller with a reduced instruction set. This document will take you through the implementation and specification of this microcontroller for the reduced instruction set.
but i don't know how to do a verification of this electronics circuit using verilog.

Do you have the verilog code? If so where can i find that out?

Suppose you have the verilog code.
First step is understand it a little bit
Second is simulate it with some instructions to see if it correctly simulates the instructions
Third step is to write one or more programs which consists of multiple instructions to see if it works for bigger programs.

2nd and 3rd steps are done in test bench with verilog
